Our company has started its activity by manufacturing welding equipment. The technologic progress has directed us towards the robotized manufacturing. Thus, our workshops manufacture machining supports and jigs for positioning parts for welding adapted to different types of robots. We have also specialized in designing and manufacturing ergonomic working centres specific for different industrial sites.
The precise planning of the working centre allows, when robotizing is not justified from the ergonomic point of view, to reduce the productive time and to diminish the tiredness of the operator. The clamping of the pieces on such equipment is carried out in different ways, from the manual clamp to the pneumatic chucking with automatic control. As regards to the composites made of pieces, we are able to complete the gauges with bonding systems in order to reduce the manufacturing cycles.
